It is supervised by academics of the Centre of Advanced Study at the University of Leipzig and by the "Transfers culturels" research group at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique Paris. The project is based on the international cooperation of the European Network in Universal and Global History, which is affiliated to the World History Association.
